The £4.3 million project to build an extra care centre in Caernarfon included the erection of the building on a Design and Build basis, complete with all fixtures and fitting including specialist equipment.
This project has resulted in Carroll Ltd winning a major award as best social housing development at the North Wales Local Authority Building Control Awards.
