The bungalow incorporated wheelchair user friendly features such as a rise and fall worktop, remote controlled extractor hood, intercom system and an easily accessible wetroom. The general internal and external layouts also assist easy access in and around the home.
The property was built in accordance with Secured by Design (enhanced safety features) an achieved Level 3 status with The Code for Sustainable Homes (energy efficient and environmentally friendly). This project was carried out on a Design and Build basis.
