Two new pairs of semi-detached houses with landscaped gardens. The works included the construction of a new estate road complete with drainage connections, statutory connections and street lighting ready to serve further future developments. The properties were fitted with solar panels to heat the hot water and were built with energy efficiency in mind, successfully complying with EcoHomes 2006. The properties were also built in accordance with Secured by Design (incorporating enhanced safety features).
